Against time

I was seriously traumatised by an incident while i was on the way home just now.. there was an old lady who board the bus just at the stop outside damai secondary. before she could tapped her card on the reader, the card off from her hands, so she had to bent down to retrieve it, but the bus driver not giving any attention to the old lady, drove the bus and came to a sudden HALT! the next thing i saw, she fell down, all on her limbs. At that moment, i was BADLY TRAUMATISED, i swear! i wanted to go over and help her up but i don't know why i stood rooted to the ground. I was so afraid that anything could have happened to her. but thank god there were some Samaritans around to help her up, it took some time as she was quite big in size and elderly bone tends to be weaker than ours... but thank god she was fine.. I didn't dare to look at her when she was being helped up, i felt like crying when i saw her all on her limbs you know! my tears was already at the corner of my lids.

On the other hand, Zoe asked me this question yesterday that got me into dilemma.
"Why can't human beings go against time???"
